Procedure I had was handled very well. Dr Presad did the procedure and he made me feel very comfortable and talked me through what he was doing.

Late night appointments and that if you arrive early you can get seen earlier. What can be improved is if you arrive on time you can also have to wait up to 15 mins after your appointment time but if you turn up 5 mins late you are closed as late. May be a note saying how long.
