I have always found this surgery to be extremely helpful in the main. Trying to get an appointment can be a hit and miss affair but with so many patients I suppose this is inevitable. Dr Seaton is one of the most caring and committed doctors I have met, he listens and explains everything thoroughly and even printed information out for me in case I hadn't taken in all that he had been telling me. I cannot recommend him highly enough. It is good to be able to ask for, and get an appointment with, a specific doctor again. When you were in the old Springfield House it was a nightmare having to have different doctors all the time. I would recommend this surgery to anyone as, apart from trying to get an appointment, it is extremely good. The receptionists and the people who answer the phone are polite, professional and try their best for you. Thank you.

it is impossible to get appointment with dr seaton i seen dr aye was disgusted with the treatment she never told me wat was up and sent me packing i asked her for a letter as i was going away just for the spanish authority if needed never had a problem with it last yeart with dr seaton but this year went to collecty letter and wanted 25.00 absolutely disgusting also y did dr aye give me tablets to take and the warnong on them was keep out of sunlight absolutely fumeing she knew i was going abroad i am a diabetic and need treating before i go away but it wont happen i intend to take this further i am mortified

Receptionists need to stop their conversation when someone is at the desk instead of looking at the patient as though they are interrupting them as this was the feeling I got from those on duty on my last visit. Cannot fault the nurse I saw, she didn't keep me waiting and was very friendly

Receptionists are very helpful and will try their best to accommodate you. Nurses are excellent and very professional - They take the time to explain the tests if you need more information. Great travel vaccination service too. The Doctors are very good and will refer you to specialists etc., straight away if needs be. Lovely practice very clean, modern and accessible...seems to be well managed too.
