I have always found this surgery to be extremely helpful in the main. Trying to get an appointment can be a hit and miss affair but with so many patients I suppose this is inevitable.
Dr Seaton is one of the most caring and committed doctors I have met, he listens and explains everything thoroughly and even printed information out for me in case I hadn't taken in all that he had been telling me. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
It is good to be able to ask for, and get an appointment with, a specific doctor again. When you were in the old Springfield House it was a nightmare having to have different doctors all the time.
I would recommend this surgery to anyone as, apart from trying to get an appointment, it is extremely good. The receptionists and the people who answer the phone are polite, professional and try their best for you.
