It is practically impossible to obtain an appointment here. The patient doctor ratio doesn’t work. They need to align staffing levels to match the amount of patients they have registered. The reception staff are rude and unfriendly. This practice is very unwelcoming and has been for a few years.

Very difficult to get an appointment here now, they do not have enough doctors and too many patients.

This practice has a very high turnaround of GPs, when you book an appointment and ask for a specific doctor, they have usually left. One of the GPs is very rude and doesn't listen properly. Some of the receptionists are friendly, but not all of them. On a plus side the nurses are lovely and always willing to listen to you.
