I have found the care from the GP's/nurses/receptionists are always more than helpful. Nothing is too much trouble when you have specific needs. I had difficulty in ordering my repeat prescriptions on Patient Access and I was relieved to have splendid support from Kathy who took the trouble to show me where I was going wrong when I came in to see her. In spite of the pressures the staff are under, there is such an atmosphere of calm and proficiency amongst the staff. I always feel fully satisfied and grateful when I've been to the surgery. It's gone from good to marvellous! Thank you.

I recently signed up at this practice and initially spoke to the very helpful and pleasant Kathy on reception. I had all my questions answered in a polite and informative way. I highly recommend this surgery.

I was very impressed with the receptionists who were caring attentive and went the extra mile especially Kathy, who explained all about the online facilities.There was another lady whose name I didn't get both had great people skills really makes a difference when visiting the doctors and you are apprehensive.

I have had a really positive experience recently of very helpful reception team when I've called to double check and chase prescriptions, and then also giving me options for best ways to help me order repeat prescriptions easier and faster. I know they are busy so they didn't have to spend so much time giving me all these options but they did, and gave me more options that I'd thought of.
