My wife has waited ten days just to get a phone call and could not get in to see her GP. Had the call last Friday and told to wait for an ultrasound appointment!!!! Still no chance of walking in and actually seeing a Doctor. Called again today and told that a GP would call her tomorrow. No Doctors there at 5:30 pm. I myself left this Surgery a few years ago because of how bad it is and my wife will be doing the same shortly. If her symptoms get worse they will be getting sued for malpractice. Disgusting

Do the job your getting paid for. My wife has worked all her life and paid her National Insurance and now at 50 cannot get health care.

Dr Finegan is a treasure who sees patients without appointment from 7am till 8am. Practice nurses are friendly helpful and extremely professional. The practice is let down by the difficulty of getting through to reception on the phone, with long and irritating messages telling you what you should and should not do, prefixing a ring tone that eventually just cuts you off. That said, when my husband was unwell abroad we contacted the practice manager by e-mail and she arranged an appointment for the first day of our return, and could not have been more helpful.

This Pracitce has deteriorated in the last couple of years so much so that I am searching for another GP. The receptionists are partly to blame as they have promised to ring back after I was told administration could deal with ereferral appointments (on more than one occasion) and they haven't done so, and then asked why I haven't rebooked an appointment by ereferral staff. I have had to cancel appointments myself online because reception staff said I could't see a doctor about why I wanted to cancel because my appointment "wasn't urgent" I was in bed three days with a viral infection after I was told by reception it would be 2 weeks before I could see my doctor as it "wasn't urgent". Very disappointed with the day to day running of this practice.
