After a 7 hour nightmare in a London A&E with no resolution to a set of very concerning symptoms, I was quickly seen, immediately diagnosed and reassured at Sonning Common. Dr Muncey couldn’t have been more helpful or knowledgable, quickly recognising a rare condition and out performing an entire A&E in one brief appointment. I have been a patient at Sonning Common Health Centre my entire life and occasions like this confirm why the whole team at the practice should be recognised for their excellent service.

Tried to get help from the secretary but now know to avoid her as rather aggressive an blunt! Thought the NHS staff were supposed to be caring! Maybe some extra training would not go amiss on Ann in customer/patient service!
