Receptionist kept asking what appointment related to and did not accept 'ongoing issue' as a reason. GP asked to see patient again in 3 weeks. Earliest appointment was 4 weeks, receptionist didn't care.

The parking spaces are too narrow for car seats. The receptionists ask proving questions

It is not always possible to see my named doctor, but he is always willing to contact me if requested and answers questions patiently and thoroughly. I feel confident that the care that I receive is comprehensive and decisions are made with my full involvement and understanding - everything is always fully explained to ensure that I understand all options. I am extremely happy with the level of care, consideration and service that I receive from the doctors at this practice - particularly my named GP, who I feel is outstanding.

When I came in person to make an appointment I was first asked to give my name (fair enough) and my date of birth. With a waiting room full of people behind me, I was not at all pleased about this. With the changes to data protection coming in next month, I think questions such as these should not be asked with other people around.
In recent visits I have been kept waiting over half an hour to see my doctor. While I greatly admire the work done by all doctors and I praise their willingness to spend more time with some patients to give them the care they need, I would have welcomed knowing how long the wait was going to be. Had I known I was not the next person in the queue, I could have whizzed over to the library to exchange books, or had a look round the charity shop, etc. Would it be possible to have an electronic display board giving an indication where we all come in the queue and a rough estimate of how long we would be waiting to see the doctor?
I am always dismayed by the number of missed appointments. It's often difficult to get a convenient time to see the doctor of my choice, or any doctor sometimes. If you were to start fining people for missed appointments, like dentists advertise that they will do, I'm sure the rate of missed appointments would fall dramatically. We are lucky to have free medical treatment, but we should do all we can to prevent people taking everything for granted as they seem to do at present.

Thank you for you kind comments to the doctors and nurses in relation to their dedication, they do appreciate this. I am sorry you were offended at being asked your date of birth in the waiting room. We do ask our receptionists to obtain two pieces of information from patients when they are booking an appointment. This is to ensure that they book the correct patient into the appointment slot. Often patients prefer to give their dates of birth than their addresses. I also appreciate the frustration you experience in waiting to be seen. Whilst doctors and nurses do attempt to run to time they may run late if patients bring more than one problem to their appointment or if there is an emergency that needs attention.
