Was involved in the decision process - Dr dicussed my current medical condition and explained clearly how various treatments could impact my warfarin use and how to make the best use of treatment to combat this

I had to recently re-register with this surgery.Due to the helpful and professional nature of the staff this was done within a day and the next day I had an appointment and saw a Doctor.The staff are always polite and aproachable,even when under pressure.The surgery is always clean,warm and welcoming.

Reception staff are very professional and polite at all times.They are understanding,discreet and efficient - whilst retaining the ' human touch '.Doctors and nurses are always approachable and understanding.I have had no problem in getting an appointment promptly when required.

I had my 6 monthly Diabetes check up on Dec 2nd with Nurse Nikki Pursey. She is brilliant and really cares about your health. Gives positive feedback which is very encouraging and talks through the results so you can understand how well its going.

As soon as you walk in the ladies on the desk are beautiful , kind, friendly, helpful. There always ready to help in any way they can. The doctors are also friendly and listen to to you without you feeling like there trying to rush you out of the door to get the next one in.
