i would like to add that it is sometimes difficult to get an appointment with a particular doctor, but you can always get an appointment to see any doctor if you phone in the morning and you can also leave a message for your preferred Dr if you need any advice and there is also a duty doctor available if you have any major issues. I have always found the receptionists and nurses very helpful and understanding.

All doctors, nurses and receptionists are always at the top of there game I have been a patient for 40 years plus at Selsdon practice and would not dream of changing . I would suggest that when you log in for your appointment that you told how many patients are ahead of you.

Thank you to all the staff who helped me of friday i had previously been discharged from mayday on thursday but friday i was so ill and the doctors were amazing. They were fast, caring,made me feel at ease and although i had to call their emergancy line during the time they were closed they were so helpful and nothing was to much. They called me an ambalance amd if it wasnt for them i may not be here now. Super stars. I cant thank you enough. This was just one occassion but all the other times i have been there i could not fault them. Normally receptionists are rude and horiblw but everyone of them have always been brilliant.

My appointment was on 28 11 14 with Dr Kelvin I had to wait a little that was no problem as i have never felt rushed during my appointments here. Dr Kelvin listened to what i had to say examined me then explained what the problem was and the treatment he advised, i always felt included and left the surgery confident i had been well looked after.Over the years this surgery has been consistently at a high standard of care. the best complement i can give is that my visit was routine and the level of what i expected . In 1998 i was diagnosed with diabetes i went for a flu jab and was persuaded by nurse (Annie ) to let her check my blood sugar level i took a bit of persuading but Annie was always going to have her way ! She then told me i was probably diabetic i then saw a consultant and explained Annies role , his response was that Annie had given me a 12 15 month head start for which i always remain grateful . The surgery also has a wonderful diabetic clinic which saves me attending hospital and has kept me on the straight and narrow for 16 years thank you all

I have been Nursing for 40 years, I have strived to give the highest standard of care for my patients now it is time for me to recieve that same care. I found the staff at Selsdon Park Medical Practice extremely friendly, efficient and polite. The surgery was clean and booking my appointment was quick and easy. In todays climate it is often hard to find all these qualities in one practice, but it is encouraging to see good healthcare being practiced at the surgery. My Doctor was quick, precice and professional.
