You can not get through on the phone to make appointment and by the time you do they have all gone I only ask for appointment when after trying all other over counter remedies have failed so need to see someone before I end up really poorly but it’s impossible could do with a walk in time slot expecially if you are working

Rysseldene Surgery just gets better and better. You can no longer order a repeat perscription by telephone and you have to visit in person. If you don't have the repeat slip then you must fill out a form. I work Mon-Fri and often away from the local area. This practice in my experience is the worst and I'm having a conversation with the Practice Manager and Local Health Board. Don't register with them...I'll be registering with another practice.
