The recent locum GP I saw was fantastic but on me whole I have not been impressed. Today I witnessed a receptionist being confutational to a pt. It was uncomfortable to listen to and she did not listen to frustrations of pt she was aggressive and defensive.

I was unable to book an appointment for the same day to see a nurse. The nurse I saw was Natalie. She was very approachable and listened to my concerns.
