The finest GP surgery in the land. I would particularly like to thank Drs Olivia Moore & Nicola Wilson for their persistence and courage to help me face my demons and cure my mental health challenges where BUPA failed. Thanks two these kind and generous hearted ladies, I have achieved reconciliation with family. I can never repay you enough.

At my appt this morning, the GP was very helpful - clear with information and patient with time. Also good eye contact and explained things so I understood and was reassured. The receptionist responded to my queries with calmness and patience, was friendly, efficient and again good eye contact. Many thanks for this - a great NHS experience.

I have been with this surgery for over 70 years but it seems the receptionists now run this practice and not the doctors. I was discharged from hospital after having been coughing up blood and told to see my GP the day after discharge and that coughing blood was a red flag and the doctor would definitely see me even as an emergency appointment but unfortunately when I eventually got through this am at 8.25 (telephone line opens at 8.15) was told there were no appointments available - I explained I had been discharged from hospital and that the A and E doctor had told me I must see my own GP - the only response again from the receptionist was "we are fully booked" we dont have emergency appointments but you can have a telephone call from the doctor (has he got xray eyes and can see my condition 2 miles away)!!! Trying to get an appointment with a doctor at this surgery is a nightmare I dont understand how when lines only open at 8.15 all the appointments have gone 10 minutes later and if you try and book an appointment in advance told ring on the day what's the point if there are no appointments. Once you actually get past the receptionists and get to see a doctor the care is great but I think the receptionists need to be sent on customer care courses and need to be taught what is an emergency and take account of that and not make their own decisions. I have also been told by the GP I see to make an appointment to see him in 3 days time but when approaching the receptionist to tell them of the doctors decision their reply is we cant do that "ring on the day"!!!!

Really good care today with once of new doctors to the practice. Restored my faith a little today. No trust whatsoever in longest standing member of practice. Frightened about my care and health under him. No trust in him. Blood test lady Anna wonderful really caring. Ticking following boxes for my treatment today. They would not be positive for senior doctor.

Saw a nurse today, she was extremely welcoming and explained all tests to me explaining the reasons for each one, and the results of each test in comparison to my last check-up - 14 months ago, she advised me on how I could help myself, with my condition. Very helpful thankyou
