I'm really luck to use this surgery. Appointments when I want them. All staff pleasant and helpful. All what I need and want

I do find it continuously difficult to get appointments at the surgery. Unless you are able to sit on the re-dial button first thing in the morning and again at 1pm. Not an easy feat with 2 children, work commitments and then school runs. When I do get through to make an appointment it is very very rare I can get a time that is convenient to fit in with children without having to take them out of school. I am grateful my children are not very often requiring to see a doctor. Having said the above, the care we have received over the past years is great. its just the lack of appointments that frustrates me at times.

Will always try their hardest to help you with appointments or pescriptions and ensure your issue is sorted. Having the surgery open early in the morning and late at night in the week aswell as open at the weekends.

I do not attend the surgery very often but when I do I can get an appointment that's fits in with me. The receptionists are extremely helpful and friendly which in this day and age is fantastic. Most people I work with have major problems with their Doctors but we don't. What I don't understand is why can our surgery get so right and other Doctors feel its too much trouble to be there when most needed. Well done to all the Doctors and Receptionists you deserve a very big pat on the back. Thank you

I have been with the surgery for over 10 years, the staff are always helpful and the doctors there are friendly. Whenever I have needed to make an appointment the process has been hassle free. Would definitely recommend.
