It can be challenging to book an appointment due to the National demand on our GP services. However I have always felt that young children our prioritised at this surgery and have always been given a same-day appointment when necessary. The doctors are always very professional, courteous and reassuring. They have always been patient and understanding when I take my young children to their appointments and have never made me feel like I've wasted their time with a minor issue. I would highly recommend this medical practice.

The nurse that I saw yesterday is fabulous totally professional, she put you at ease, you don’t feel you could not ask her any questions &she does not rush you. I’ve seen her previously, and she was exactly the same last time. The receptionist so great you hear so many people who complain about the receptionists at the doctors. The receptionist are Always polite and helpful. I really never have had a problem getting an appointment. The only thing that was a problem there was a funny smell in the corridors, It’s like a smell from toilets or drains x

On the service that I received, I don’t think you could’ve done it any better. It was just the oh that was a little bit off putting. Only been with the practice a short time but I have no complaints in fact the opposite no complaints at all.

Non urgent within two weeks and urgent, always seem to manage to get a face to face or telephone appointment the same day. When put on triage list, they also ring you back or leave a message to contact them.

Parking can be a problem, but always able to park in Sainsburys or surrounding roads if car park is full.

Recently I visited Dr Dib who was very friendly and very helpful. The surgery is well organised and the I have been able to get an appointment easily in the days I have called.
