Staff are very friendly and helpful always manage to get an appointment when I needed to.

Because everyone is helpful, friendly and efficient. The surgery runs like clockwork. It’s easy to get an appointment nowadays and you mostly even get seen on time.

I would very much like to book an appointment on line like you used to be able to do before lockdown. It would be the ultimate thing.

I find receptionists lovely and will always try and help, best course of action to take re getting an appointment. This time was with econsult so I could send pictures in . An hour or so later had a phonecall saying can you get here for such and such time the same day. Arrived for my appointment Dr Patel apologised for such short notice. I honestly didn't mind. Lovely Dr that always takes things seriously. Told me everything he was going todo to help me.

Maybe on line appointments but I do understand that people may abuse the system for coughs and colds
