Not taken seriously-no treatment for issue mentioned. Wrong tablets given even i have been prescribed since with surgery for about a year and previously with different jp.pressed for time-doctor cannot dealth with all my problems as my time slot was gone and he said he was running late.no appoitment available withing two weeks. This was first time i was disappointed,

I think that potentially the surgery may require some more staff as it can be incredibly difficult to get an appointment - the only exception is an emergency whereby room is made for you. It can take well over a month to be able to get an appointment especially if you wish for it to be with your named GP.

The reception team are always polite, patient and helpful and non intrusive. The practice is always clean and tidy.

The surgery keeps very reasonable hours and is easy to visit. The ladies are very busy but always have a smile and are helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot think any improvement is necessary.

I have been a patient here for over twenty years and have always been treated with kindness and courtesy by the doctors and nurses alike. The receptionists have a very challenging job but are pleasant and polite and do their very best to please is which is not easy. Everybody here works so hard under immense pressure and I have no complaints at all about the care I have received.
