The surgery keeps very reasonable hours and is easy to visit. The ladies are very busy but always have a smile and are helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot think any improvement is necessary.

I have been a patient here for over twenty years and have always been treated with kindness and courtesy by the doctors and nurses alike. The receptionists have a very challenging job but are pleasant and polite and do their very best to please is which is not easy. Everybody here works so hard under immense pressure and I have no complaints at all about the care I have received.

I think the triage service is fantastic. I have used it several times for my daughters. Sometimes all you need is to speak to a doctor about symptoms for reassurance, and this saves time on both sides. I have also been able to get an appointment through this service when necessary later on in the day. You must be prepared to discuss your problem with reception so that you can be correctly put through the system, but it really works.

Always a struggle to get past the defenses, NO follow up of care of elderly patient when they have come out of hospital for 5th time in 5 months. Need to get back to patient contact

I have been registered with Riverside Surgery for over 25 years. I have been very happy with the service provided and over the years I have received good care. When needed I have been referred very promptly to specialist care for investigations and surgical procedures. I am concerned about the time it takes to see a doctor, sometimes 2 to 3 weeks, but I am aware the I can get an emergency consultation with a doctor If I feel it is necessary. The nurses in the practice are very efficient and helpful and it is easy to see a nurse fairly quickly. In my opinion the reception staff has improved over the last few months and I find them very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall, I would recommend Riverside Surgery to other people.
