I find receptionists lovely and will always try and help, best course of action to take re getting an appointment. This time was with econsult so I could send pictures in . An hour or so later had a phonecall saying can you get here for such and such time the same day. Arrived for my appointment Dr Patel apologised for such short notice. I honestly didn't mind. Lovely Dr that always takes things seriously. Told me everything he was going todo to help me.

Maybe on line appointments but I do understand that people may abuse the system for coughs and colds

I needed an appointment with some urgency and was given one. Follow up appointments needed at the surgery and other locations were forthcoming quickly. Reassuring and informative.

I was very happy with all aspects of my appointment on this occasion. However l had a different appointment two days earlier and had to wait 25 mins past my appointment time.

Ideally not waiting much longer than 10 mins for appointments

Every time a member of my family needs to see a Healthcare Professional I book an appointment at the same day without waiting on the phone for long time and the receptionists are always polite and helpful.
