Requested a phone appointment due to.inability to travel. GP phoned within 5 mins. Initial diagnosis made but GP wanted f2f to rule out more serious possibilities. Surgery Sent another GP to my home to confirm earlier diagnosis. Exceptional service and all the staff I had contact with were very professional and caring.

Can't think of any way that service could be improved

This was a telephone appointment. Later than expected but very helpful and responsive.

Make clear that a call may be within a certain window rather than the time given.
