Dr Sachdev is an amazing doctor. Very compassionate, and listens. I didn't feel rushed and all my options were explained very well. I walked away feeling more positive than when I walked in. I feel the reception staff are very helpful, although one of the receptionists can be abrupt at times. However the majority are great.

I had an appointment Dr Sachdev, who, in my opinion, is a fantastic GP. In my experience it is rare to find a GP who shows understanding, compassion and empathy in the way that Dr Sachdev did during my recent appointment. He took the time to make sure I understood his instruction and checked that I was ok with everything we had gone through. My husband and I have recently joined the practice and I feel confident that I will finally get the treatment I need and provided in the correct way.

The appointment side of the surgery is fine for myself and I am totally satisfied, but my daughters who have young children sometimes find it difficult to get an appointment at short notice. I do feel this is the best GP practice in bracknell
