The most anoying and frustrating matter is trying to get an appointment at the surgery. I am quite computer savvy but for old people this is very distressing and to expect old people to walk to the surgery just to make an appointment is unacceptable.
To avoid any unnecessary stress and frustration I have registered to use the on line system which so far is proving a good idea,

Thank you for your comments. Demand for GP services are usually very high but we aim to see or call back patients who have an urgent need within 24 hours. I'm pleased you have found our on-line booking facility useful.
