Phone at the time at went straight to number 25 in the queue and had to wait a good 30 minutes before I got an appointment
I was seen on time by a very pleasant lady who took my blood pressure and we agreed that as I had no problems I would continue with the current medication.
Recieved a txt with reference to over 60 health check, replied and secured an app within a week. Waiting for results…
Whilst not an “urgent” medical matter (rosacea) it needed swift access to prescription and that’s what I got. Excellent.
Phoned at 8.00am on the dot and shocked I was 18th on line waiting .( this seems the normal since Covid in 2020 . ) a lot of times getting an appointment is difficult as the receptionist some time seem to ask many “ personal questions and medical questions , but I know many have NO medical training but insist on knowing what’s wrong and deciding if the Doctors should call you or get an appointment “ considering patients go to have problem's diagnosed and can be very personal embarrassing for themselves
