Excellent service, receptionist very helpful and polite, I just don’t understand why when you ring at a couple of minutes before 8 the message says we are closed, you redial immediately and you are number 17 in the Queue, any explanation for this please.

I received a phone call from the surgery for my smear test appointment…not something I look forward to, I received the confirmation text and turned up for my appointment…I was then told I was 5 months early for my smear and it wasn’t going to happen today!!! Wasted my time and the nurses time and I am not happy about this!

No wasted my time, contacted me to cancel the appointment that I didn’t need to be at for another 5 months

On my visit today , my appointment was with a locum GP that I had never met before she was so understanding and approachable

I personally think that this GP practice is the best in town by far

My appointment itself was absolutely fine however the appointment was 30 minutes late in starting with no indication that this would be the case
