The facilities offered by the practice are superb and the advice and ancillary treatment offered to you as a diabetic are great. It is only when talking to other people with the same illness but being treated by other practices that you realise how efficient this practice is. My only complaint is that there isn't a lift to the upper floor, if there isn't room inside why not build the shaft on the outside of the building, I often hear moans in the waiting area about the problem of the stairs.
