Great improvements of late, all staff make you feel cared for and that they are doing their best for you at all times. Nice clean surgery and always referred to specialists if need be. Very satisfied with my care, especially when I manage to see the same doctor as it feels they are more knowledgeable about my health which gives greater confidence.
Important to see same doctor if possible in order to build a relationship and not to wait too long for appoinments.

The staff are always helpful and polite, The surgery is clean and friendly. I have had no problems with getting appointments. The receptionists are brilliant. Top surgery

I was seen by the student doctor, Dr Brainerd on the 28/01/15. She was very helpful and empathic. She took the time to listen and was very supportive. I'm sure she will make a wonderful doctor and what better place to grow strong foundations but at Parkside. I was also seen by Sister Jane who was just so kind, professional and simply lovely. I have been a patient at Parkside for 18 years and have always found the staff including the clerical staff to be professional and empathic. Thank you Parkside

I phoned at 0830 for an emergency appointment and by 0910 I was leaving the surgery with a prescription.
Parkside gives an excellent service.

my husband I myself have been patients at the surgery for many years, and cannot praise the running of the Practice in any way whatsoever. We count ourselves very fortunate indeed to have their services and medical attention shown to both of us over all the years. We can never thank all the doctors, nurses, reception staff etc. for their patience and professional manner.
