I rang yesterday for an app with dr dhadvi (i am an ex parkside pt) the earliest bookable app was fri 5.20 which i have booked. i was not offered any other gps or the hub!! i managed to get through this morning 7/11/17 and was told to ring back at 12.oo for an emergency app!! although i do not feel i am an emergency. I tried to get through but by 12.10 i thought it more sensible to come in person. i arrived at 12.20 to be told all appts had gone and that i would not be able to have a telephone consultation because i have a bad back and the dr would probably like to see me. This i assume could go on for quite a while and if i didn't have a booked app it is i am assuming i could possibly never get seen. !!!!! Very disappointing indeed .

Been with the practice since it was in Erith, nearly 40 years! It has improved a lot over the last few years and I'm glad to see the online systems now in place. I do sometimes think the waiting room could be improved with the way patients are called in and perhaps a monthly newsletter from the PPG would show people what's going on in the practice. I have excellent diabetes care and B12 care with the practice and feel fully supported and able to ask advice.

The problem we have as a family is that we all work shifts so trying to get an appointment in the day is difficult because either by the time you have got through all the appointments have gone or you are on the phone waiting and then find all the appointments have gone , I luckily that I can do this on line and so can my daughter but my son isn't old enough yet and he urgently needs to see someone about his hands and when I tried to make an appointment for him I was told I couldn't do it over the counter but had to yet again ring in on the day it gets frustrating as we don't come to the doctors just for a day out we only come if we need to and my son doesn't go at all but really needs to see someone or be refered for his constant cold hands , your surgery is brilliant and I cannot fault any of my care but it does become tedious when you just can't get an oppointment so you end up not bothering I hope this makes sense and it doesn't sound like a complete whinge
