Smell Upstairs is really really BAD!

Feedback is about the upstairs waiting room, every time we come in there is always an awful smell please do something about it. Makes me feel sick and does not help when you come in unwell.

I have booked myself in for the drop in clinic at 09:20 am, I was told I was in position 10, its now 11:00 am I have counted more than 10 people being seen to in this time. I politely asked your receptionist (Meera) how much longer it will take, she responded aggressively. I have never seen so insulted in my life. She should not work here with an attitude such as hers.
I would like to register at a different doctors.

Phil the nurse practitioner, (in my opinion) needs to listen to what patients have to say more closely, I have seen him twice over the last few months and his tact answer seems to be 'virus only' antibiotics until more help. On my most recent visit I know Dr Wain who prescribed antibiotics plus steroids and problem solved.
