I have booked myself in for the drop in clinic at 09:20 am, I was told I was in position 10, its now 11:00 am I have counted more than 10 people being seen to in this time. I politely asked your receptionist (Meera) how much longer it will take, she responded aggressively. I have never seen so insulted in my life. She should not work here with an attitude such as hers.
I would like to register at a different doctors.
