Phil the nurse practitioner, (in my opinion) needs to listen to what patients have to say more closely, I have seen him twice over the last few months and his tact answer seems to be 'virus only' antibiotics until more help. On my most recent visit I know Dr Wain who prescribed antibiotics plus steroids and problem solved.
