I emailed asking some questions following blood test results. I was told to make an appointment and then when I tried was told I didn't need one. I emailed again stating none of my questions has been answered. A different doctor replied to the one I spoke to 3 months ago so the advice I was given then has never been discussed further. A few weeks ago I was also denied an appointment for something else. No consultation or even a discussion with a doctor. I have fairly recently joined the practice and the care is a joke. Shouldn't have joined.

Everything. Actually have appointments available. Or even answer concerns. I'm making my own decisions about my health and no one at the practice to speak to. Absolute joke of a surgery. Answering the last question below, I wouldn't know if I have a condition as that might require a doctor to speak to. What do I pay my taxes for? Its not health care.
