Good points .... You can always see a doctor if in need. BUT this is any one doctor from about 25 . There is a minor injuries nurse clinic which is excellent and useful. Receptionists are helpful. Bad Points. Cannot make / get an appointment to see a preferred named doctor for approx 3 to 4 weeks. In fact I have never seen the doctor I am allocated to. This results in the doctor you see knowing nothing about your history until he reads your notes. So repeated each time you have to visit. Waiting time on telephone for appts far too long, when you can get through. As this the only G P practice in Worksop Town Centre , , no other choice available. Parking is a pay car park even when only collecting a prescription.

I am totally happy with attention from Dr. Maunders and have just had Yearly reminder to have blood test for colesterol.

The reception staff are always polite and caring. Over the phone their professionalism shines through i.e.:- Polite, to the point and helps you with what ever enquiry or appointments and repeat prescriptions you need in a quick and friendly way. I myself can not see how they can do more for patients as they are too busy answering the phones, making appointment times for people and other things that keep them totally on the go.
