My visit was to raise a complaint about the treatment at E.Surrey Respiratory Clinic in March.
Dr Heppenstall was very caring and listened carefully to problems that I will raise in a letter to E.Surrey.
Dr Heppenstall responded to me in an intelligent and helpful way.

The service from the doctors, nursing staff, the pharmacy and the receptionists is always to a high standard. Last time I booked appointment it was on the same day and likewise prescriptions ordered on line are dispensed very quickly and efficiently. Everyone is so patient and understanding.c
