I usually try to see or speak to the same doctor who is aware of a long term medical condition that I have, but is very rarely available to book with online. This means I have to ring first thing for a telephone appointment on the days I know she is in or leave a message to speak to her. The reason I have not put full marks on this survey is that when I last came in for a different problem, I had at least 3 diffferent doctors who all had differing opinions and instead of referring me straight away I had to suffer for some weeks before being able to see my GP of choice who referred me for allergy testing / treatment. A complete waste of time. It is not worth recommending one surgery over another as ALL surgeries have the same problem and are oversubscribed. It is harder and harder to build a relationship with one GP any more.

Excellent GP. Discusses and comes up with sensible solution to problems. Can get emergency appointments but not always with preferred doctor. Nurses good too. If prepared to wait routine appointments available. Much better than former Surgery in Reigate.
