My visit was to raise a complaint about the treatment at E.Surrey Respiratory Clinic in March. Dr Heppenstall was very caring and listened carefully to problems that I will raise in a letter to E.Surrey. Dr Heppenstall responded to me in an intelligent and helpful way.
