Everything from reception to see the Dr was 110% we thought we were in a private practice we could not have been delt with any better not long to wait 1st class meeting with Dr Sharee well done to all the staff at Mocketswood surgery

The care I have received at this clinic has been perfect. Atmosphere, you cannot buy: that is what tells you:- you are doing things right. I think when you have finished with the box - stick a label on it. "Donations please" I cant be the only one who is very grateful.

Appointment booking could be improved. I booked by appt. at the surgery and got text confirmation for 17:40. When I arrived at my appt I was told by the receptionist my appt was 18:00 at the machine had put a few more slots in.
