The care I have received at this clinic has been perfect. Atmosphere, you cannot buy: that is what tells you:- you are doing things right. I think when you have finished with the box - stick a label on it. "Donations please" I cant be the only one who is very grateful.

Appointment booking could be improved. I booked by appt. at the surgery and got text confirmation for 17:40. When I arrived at my appt I was told by the receptionist my appt was 18:00 at the machine had put a few more slots in.

I am very happy with my Dr and if I see another one I find them very very kind, caring and compassionate, I could not ask for better help when I need it.

Very polite at reception smiles from physio. Short waiting time very clean & tidy
