Fantastic staff - they all do a brilliant job. On this occasion, a huge thank you to Dr Ashton, who took the time to listen, showed me great empathy and gave excellent advice.

It is always very difficult to get an appointment to see a doctor. The receptionist tells you to phone on the day at 8.30 ambit when you phone on the dot there are 5 or 6:people waiting before you. I had an appointment with a doctor at 9. 30am but had to wait in the surgery till 10.45 am to see a nurse.

I really don't know but something needs tochange

Healthcare assistant arranged appointments in my presence whilst conducting the initial assessment.

It is easy to get an appointment but still a fair wait. Surgery staff are working hard and I do not expect to be seen quickly if my problem is not urgent. I hope things improve for all concerned.
