Into the opening hours are totally patient led (evening and weekend working) fewer patients will feel totally satisfied with the current arrangements for making appointments, and this in turn puts unnecessary pressure on reception staff

Attended after requesting an annual review on medication, suprised to find this was a simple question and answer process where I was expecting a thorough physical examination, left feeling it could've been a phone conversation.
INR test and periodic diabetes tests and blood sample was effective and I left feeling reassured.
Suggested improvements
Annual medical review as a physical examination to allay fears and gain reassurance that I'm functioning as well as expected through taking the prescribed medication.
