I have been trying for some time now to get an answer about a referral made to Northern General gastroenterology department which I see on my health app. The hospital have replied to DR Warwicker but no one at my surgery seem to know about it. Last week I requested a face to face appointment with Dr Warwicker which the receptionist noted then the following day I received a message stating I would be given a telephone appointment with a doctor Fox.. I have been suffering from my condition since February this year but I am still unable to get A diagnosis.

Improve communication between patients, receptionists and doctors.

Mill Road surgery delivers very good care but - I expect for reasons beyond their control - I had to wait several weeks for a GP appointment.

See above - not sure if improvements are in the control of the practice
