I saw one of the excellent Nurses at this practice. Appointment was on time and I was met with a very happy smile and greeting. Carley was very thorough and helpful. My experience with the nurses and doctors at this practice has always been excellent.

Today I went for a routine screening appointment (which I had to wait approx 3 weeks for) with Practice Nurse Carley Moore. I was treated with great care and skill and cannot fault her in any way. An excellent nurse. It is just a shame that the system does not allow a speedier appointment wait time or operate a text reminder when the wait time is long. I also cannot get results emailed to me, which would have been useful given that I am moving soon. Technology can help cut costs and make sure appointments are kept and not missed.

This morning I was treated by Practice Nurse Carley Moore, she is totally Professional and has always made me feel at ease, - she also gives very constructive advice which enables me to feel better about myself when I leave the surgery. I have to add that every member of staff at this surgery has been very kind and supportive of me with my conditions. Patrick Saunders.
