Today I went for a routine screening appointment (which I had to wait approx 3 weeks for) with Practice Nurse Carley Moore. I was treated with great care and skill and cannot fault her in any way. An excellent nurse.
It is just a shame that the system does not allow a speedier appointment wait time or operate a text reminder when the wait time is long. I also cannot get results emailed to me, which would have been useful given that I am moving soon.
Technology can help cut costs and make sure appointments are kept and not missed.
