I have been here for the last 5 years. I suffer from mental health disorders, and only on GP so far has actually given a hoot.
Dr Zurob is very caring and understanding, but seriously overworked.
The reception staff are idiots. I regularly have to call multiple times to chase my prescription as they never have it at the pharmacy on time.
Would move surgery, if I knew I could find a doctor like Dr Zurob
This surgery has gone down hill, having been a patient here for over 50 years i am finding it appalling, the staff are rude, the appointments are never kept to schedule, you can be left for hours, how ever if your late you will be turned away, it is over ran by the practice manager and the appointments system is very poor, i challange you to book an appointment with your doctor.......... so make sure u can plan your illness in advance.
as soon as i can find somewhere else i will move my whole family. a shame when it used to be so good.
This surgery is absolutely appalling, the staff are rude, the appointments are never kept to schedule, you will be left for hours not knowing anything how ever if your 5 minutes late you will be turned away, it is over ran and the doctors are incompitant, also around a 2 week wait, so make sure u can plan your illness in advance.
Absolutely appalling. Worst GP ever. Doctors never call back when you have an appointment for them to call. They have been rude and angry over the phone. Not being able to call me back on time has caused me to wait more than a month for an appointment for a referral. My foot hurts so much and I am not able to go to the doctor and get my x-ray results. Not to mention my mum's and my previous experience. DO NOT REGISTER THERE!!!!! I have been there for more than an year and I will move somewhere else even if I need to travel further away from my house.
A very busy medical centre which is very difficult to get a short notice appointment. Some of the Doctors such as Dr Khara are very caring and offer great care. Others less so, Dr Young charged over £100 (each) for a short medical for adopting a child, the suggested charge was around £20. She would only do the medical in the daytime and would not consider an appointment after 3.30pm. I noticed her drive away in a very expensive car. A good example of a GP in the job for the money rather than caring for people.
