Unfortunately it's not easy to get a gp appointment these days, I normally resort to using engage as I'm more likely to get the assistance I need. Can't fault Kate at the surgery she books my follow up appointments for me as I need a B12 injection every 10 weeks

I'm very pleased with old town surgery just wish it was easier to get appointments

My GP in particular is very kind, thoughtful and understanding. She listens to my concerns and I always feel that she is doing her very best to help me.

To be able to book appointments online would be helpful for me

The lady I saw in regards to my INR check was very good at what she does. I must say that generally most of the people I see are all very good at what they do.

The only problem with the surgery is the problem of phoning first thing in morning and being in a long queue. To be fair this is what is happening all over the country and until someone comes up with an answer to the overall problem it will continue.
