The lady I saw in regards to my INR check was very good at what she does.
I must say that generally most of the people I see are all very good at what they do.
Suggested improvements
The only problem with the surgery is the problem of phoning first thing in morning and being in a long queue.
To be fair this is what is happening all over the country and until someone comes up with an answer to the overall problem it will continue.
