Yet again I find myself on this website to say thanks for a fantastic service as per usual. Firstly I would like to thank the lovely people on reception I phone on Friday at midday to try and get an appointment for the same day spoke to Kim explaining my situation the reply as usual was "Not a problem we can fit you in this afternoon" also bearing in mind this is a bank holiday weekend what a caring and considerate receptionist nothing was too much trouble THANK YOU I arrived for my appointment and again received a professional and caring consultation from my brilliant GP DR Williams who went far beyond his duty of care to reassure me I had nothing to be concerned about and told me he would call me on Tues to check my condition. I would just like to thank all of you for your kind help AS USUAL Best Regards Mr Bradley Van-cliff

I am writing to thank everyone at old Town Surgery for a fantastic service as usual the standard of care I received was unbelievable from booking the appointment to being referred by my knowledgeable compassionate and caring doctor Williams this surgery gives a constant high level of patient care time and time again and I am very very grateful thank you all Bradley van-cliff

I just wanted to say how good Dr Williams has been, ensuring I had all the investigations i needed to establish if I had a serious condition ASAP, he kept me informed even to tell me when he didn't have information to tell me and why! I was seen quickly within one month I have had an X-ray, seen a consultant twice had an MRI. Fortunately it turned out to be nothing to serious. I received a call from the surgery letting me know what had been found and I would need another MRI in a year and that they would put in in there diary for a year to arrange. It could have been a worrying time for me and my family but I wasn't so worried as I felt that Dr Williams was on it! and you can't ask for more than that.

Everyone is very pleasant and helpful. You can generally get an appointment the day you phone or the following day.
