I just wanted to say how good Dr Williams has been, ensuring I had all the investigations i needed to establish if I had a serious condition ASAP, he kept me informed even to tell me when he didn't have information to tell me and why!
I was seen quickly within one month I have had an X-ray, seen a consultant twice had an MRI. Fortunately it turned out to be nothing to serious. I received a call from the surgery letting me know what had been found and I would need another MRI in a year and that they would put in in there diary for a year to arrange.
It could have been a worrying time for me and my family but I wasn't so worried as I felt that Dr Williams was on it! and you can't ask for more than that.
