Reception staff are always friendly and polite as well as being highly efficient! Trying to get an appointment can sometimes be a bit annoying but I appreciate that this is not down to the staff. Both GP's (although totally different in character and approach) are thorough, professional and caring. It is super having the community nurse staff and their clinics on site too! The pharmacy being attached to the surgery is another plus point with friendly and helpful staff there too! I would highly recommend the surgery to any prospective patients and their families!

I was seen very promptly and staff were very helpful. both doctor and nurse were caring about the reason I was there and did the best to treat me and get my problem sorted.

Over 36 years I have received very good service, although thankfully I have not had to use it very often. I have bought up three children who with the usually ailments have benefited from the surgeries amenities. Have always managed to get an appointment when necessary and make use the internet now which is brilliant for appointments. The waiting room is old and the lift broken, however this has not impeded my care. Parking can be a problem but I usually walk. The Doctors have always been pleasant and helpful, I think having just two Doctors does make for continuity. The car park adjacent to the Doctors is much improved having recently been cleared of rubbish and litter.

Excellent care from Dr Khalid Cassam, who I see mainly and Dr Sahota is also very good. The nurses are always very caring and pleasant. Whilst the reception staff are good, I do not like the appointment system to see the doctors, which prohibits you from making appointments in advance - only on the day. Why is this? Even so, I would not want to change to another doctor because the overall service is excellent..

A great doctors surgery and I am totally happy with the staff. From the receptionists to the Doctors and nurses I cannot fault them. Would totally recommend them.
