You can only make appointment at 8 o'clock - when you do you will be welcomed by a message that there is large quantity of calls and to try again later. This morning I called 59 times within 20 minutes before i finally managed to get into queue. After speaking to a lovely gent I was booked in for morning appointment, phone one of course; because it's Covid. I waited whole morning, until 2 before finally calling back. My appointment was never booked in, and despite being promised that I would be called back, I never was. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Book in appointments properly, instead of promising them and wasting time. Manage appointment system better.

I have been with this surgery for 3 years. Both doctor's have been very understanding with all of my health problems. Excellent care from Nurses and the Reception staff are very friendly and polite. I have found using the Patients Access really easy to use, for booking appointments and to order my repeat prescriptions. I have already recommended Kingstanding Surgery to other people.

It says on the wall inside the surgery that if a patient is more than 10 mins late for a appointment they could be asked to rebook another appointment another time, so this could be interpreted as a missed appointment. Today my appointment was for 10.20am, l actually got to see the doctor at 11.00am. so do the rules work both ways can this be interpreted as a miss appointment buy the Doctor/surgery, although l got apologies from both the doctor and only from the receptionist when l asked why or what was taking so long. It seems that when you break the rules which are made by the surgery you get punished no matter what excuse you may have , but when the surgery break there own rules it seems to be perfectly alright . l am very tolerant about time s l can understand 10 or 15 mins late when a appointments overlaps but l mean nearly 45mins can not be acceptable .

Never had a problem with the surgery, Dr Sohota is a brilliant Dr he really helped me through a difficult time, Nurses are also lovely and make you feel relaxed, I work as a receptionist mySelf at a Doctor surgery and never rude to patients, I came in to collect my prescription today her name was Irene she didn't even let me finish what I was saying dived in whose it for !!! very abrupt.

My wife and myself have used this practice for over 2 years and in all our deelings we have found all members of staff pleasant and helpful, none of us want to visit the doctors if we can help it so it is a bonus that when we do have to go your visit is a good one.
