Reception staff are always friendly and polite as well as being highly efficient! Trying to get an appointment can sometimes be a bit annoying but I appreciate that this is not down to the staff.
Both GP's (although totally different in character and approach) are thorough, professional and caring.
It is super having the community nurse staff and their clinics on site too!
The pharmacy being attached to the surgery is another plus point with friendly and helpful staff there too!
I would highly recommend the surgery to any prospective patients and their families!
