as always, lovely team and massively good communication between everyone involved in my situation.
I was genuinely moved by the fact that the lovely Nurse, Victoria was upset on my behalf when something was not right on my results (not the surgery's fault, a third party's fault)
So I had my test at 8.40am, and by 12 o'clock I had a call to say everything had been sorted out and resolved. I cant ask for more than that.
I recommend the team completely, they have never let me down.

Polite and helpful staff.
Receptionists are charming and will always inform you if your G.P is
Running late at times this can't be helped.
Flu injection was offered which I accepted and grateful they did
My family all attend this practise and we all feel very content with the service.

There are some good Doctors and nurses that have good knowledge and care at the practice. I think the main problem is how it is run, i.e. It's Management. It is duffucult to get an appointment and when you do, the referrals are sometimes made via internal NHS mail

whilst appreciating how busy the surgery can be, it is always difficult to obtain an appointment. On-line there is usually a choice of 1 appointment available, and having to ring back in the afternoon when the morning surgery is full is distressing when feeling unwell. Having more nurses available might assist for those who do not really need to see a GP.
Notice Boards - these is are so full they fail in their purpose to inform, particularly when out of date. This is then compounded by random pieces of paper stuck directly to the walls.

My doctor is Doctor C. Thompson.
I have been with this surgery for approx 7 years all the doctors I've seen at this surgery have been good. But doctor Thompson is the best G.P. I have ever had he is very pleasant and helpful, and is extremely good at his job, (healthwise.)
The receptionists are helpful and always pleasant. In all its, a great surgery.

Also our nurses are very good, too. They all do the very best for us.
